Section 54(1) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(1)The entire electrical installation shall conform to the relevant provisions of the Indian Electricity Act, 1910, and the rules made thereunder. The layout drawing for the electrical installation work including the switch board shall be subject to prior approval of the Government Electricity Department. No work shall be commenced until the sanction of the Government Electricity Department has been obtained to what is proposed to be done.
