12. Annual Statement of Accounts.
(1)The Managing Committee shall prepare a report of its cavities and an annual statement of accounts and shall present the same to the first meeting of the State Consumer Protection Council every financial year.(2)The accounts shall be subject to audit by internal audit of Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department.
