Section 30 in The Maharashtra Electricity (Supply) Rules, 1963
30. Secretary of the Committee.
(1)An officer of the Board may be appointed by the Board to serve as the ex officio Secretary to any of the Committees.(2)It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Committee to call meetings of the Committee in accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of the Board.
