r In compliance to the directions issued by this Court on 29.6.2022, Managing Director Dharam Chand Verma is present in person and states that he is holding the additional charge of Managing Director, otherwise he is posted as Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kullu.
2. In such circumstances, we do not feel that any fruitful purpose would be served by interacting with him. On the other hand, we also feel that it is the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh, whose presence is required so as to resolve the issue. Therefore, let Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Himachal Pradesh shall remain present in person on the next date of hearing.
