23. Finance Committee.
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee with a person nominated by the Board as its Chairman and the Finance Officer of the University as its Convenor, to advise the University on any question affecting its finances.(2)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee and its procedure including the delegation of its powers, shall be as prescribed by Statutes.
