Section 25(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)Each candidate after availing regular chance(s) shall have to appear as a private candidate in the second chance except under the provision as laid down in Regulation 22(H) and (a), (b) and (c) and (d) and additional rule in Regulation 16.
