Section 6(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Wakafs Act, 2001
(1)On receipt of a report under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Government shall, after consulting the concerned Tehsil Committee cause the list of Wakafs published in the Government Gazette or in some local newspapers having wide circulation in the area.
