(1)On receipt of a report under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Government shall, after consulting the concerned Tehsil Committee cause the list of Wakafs published in the Government Gazette or in some local newspapers having wide circulation in the area.(2)The list of Wakafs published under sub-section (1) shall unless it is modified in pursuance of the decision of the Appellate Authority in appeal, be final and conclusive.
