An Act further to amend the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963.It is hereby enacted in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India a follows:-* (Received the assent of the Governor on 2nd August, 1975 and published in the Gujarat Government Gazette on the 6th August, 1975)

1. Short title.- This Act may be called the Gujarat State Guarantees (Amendment) Act, 1975.

2. Amendment of section 2 of Guj. XXII of 1963.- In sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Gujarat State Guarantees Act, 1963 (Guj. XXII of 1963.), for the letters and figures "Rs. 7,50,00,00,000". the letters and figure; "Rs. 1000,00,00,000" shall be substituted.
