Section 4(3) in Delhi Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2009
(3)For verification, the Controlling Authority or any officer authorized by him shall obtain:-(a)no objection certificate from the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police;(b)the verification report of particulars of the applicant and every person in whose name the antecedent form is filled up, from the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Delhi.
