Section 2(m) in Development Authority Bye-laws for Conservation of Heritage Sites
(m)"Heritage buildings" means buildings, artefacts, structures of historical or archaeological or aesthetic or architectural or cultural or environmental significance which are included in a list(s) published by a notification in the Official Gazette by the Government from time to time;
