A commission for local investigation may be issued to a pleader or a Government official or to a private individual as the circumstances of the case may require. In appointing a Government official the Court is bound to follow the rules framed by the State Government under Order XXVI, Rule 9, Civil Procedure Code.Note. - See Appendix I for the rules framed by the State Government.
