Section 92(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)Every Police Officer not on leave or under suspension shall, for all purposes of this Act, be considered to be always on duty and may at any time be deployed as a Police Officer in any part of the State, or in any other State in accordance with the law.
