Section 4(11) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Grid Code, 2005

(11)Government of Tamil Nadu: Government may issue directions to SLDC, to take measures as may be necessary for maintaining smooth and stable transmission and supply of electricity. SLDC shall abide by such directions if they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and this Code.
