(3)(a)Casual leave not availed of in a calendar year may be suffixed or prefixed to sick leave in the following year in respect of an officer,(b)Casual leave not availed of in a calendar year may be converted into sick leave on full substantive pay in respect of employees and such sick leave shall be in addition to the eligible sick leave limits specified in regulation 62;
