Section 7(b) in Court of Examiners of Homoeopathic and Biochemic Systems of Medicine, Bombay Examinations (Admissions to Conduct of Appointment of Examiners, Paper-setters, fees to be paid etc.) By-laws, 1987
(b)Examiners shall be selected preferably from teaching institutions by the Executive Committee of the Court. While selecting the Examiners, qualifications, teaching experience, experience of examinations any and special research work would be considered as criteria. The Chairman of the Court shall nominate an Examiner or Examiners in the event of one or more of these examiners suddenly resigning and there being no time to call a meeting of the Executive Committee. In such contingency, the Chairman shall delegate his power to nominate an Examiner to a member oi the Court during his absence.
