Section 11(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)Name of the University shall be "Manipur International University" and it shall be in its name and style, including its logo and concept, exclusive and the sole intellectual property of the University and no person, organization, body or no one, other than the University, shall have the right to use or own or modify or register the name or concept of the University in any manner or in any style unless authorized by the University.
