Section 51(1) in The Static and Mobile Pressure Vessels (Unfired) Rules, 2016
(1)A license in Form LS-1A or LS-1B for the storage of a compressed gas in a pressure vessel shall be granted or renewed subject to a maximum five years and shall remain in force until the 30th day of September of the year up to which the same is granted or renewed.
