Section 242(3) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(3)(i)The canteen referred to in sub-rule (1) shall be sufficiently lighted at all times when any person has accessed to it;(ii)the floor of such canteen shall be made of smooth and impervious material and inside walls of such canteen shall be lime washed or colour washed at least once in every six months: Provided that such inside walls of the kitchen of such canteen shall be lime washed once in every three months.
