Section 37(1) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(1)Subject to the provision of sub-rule (3), the Chairman or such other person authorised by the administrator in this behalf shall summon the District Council to meet at such time and place as he thinks fit. He shall inform the Deputy Commissioner of the date, hours and place for such meeting of the Council.
