151. Maps of underground utilities.
- The Commissioner shall cause to be maintained complete survey maps, drawings and descriptions of all underground utilities in Howrah including water-supply mains, supply pipes, sewers and connections thereto in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed and shall ensure the secrecy of the same in conformity with the provisions of the Official Secrets, Act, 1923.D.
