Section 29 in Andhra Pradesh Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Rules
29. Account of ballot Papers.
(1)The Packets shall be accompanied by a statement in a separate cover in Form 15 made by the Polling Officer showing the number of ballot papers in the ballot boxes and unused, spoilt, returned and tendered ballot papers. The Polling Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Election Officer at such place as the Election Officer may direct:(a)the ballot boxes or, as the case may be, the bags or covers referred to in Rule 28;(b)the ballot paper account or accounts;(c)sealed packets or sets of sealed packets referred to in Rule 28; and(d)all other papers used at the poll.(2)The Election Officer shall make adequate arrangements for the safe transport of all ballot boxes packets and other papers and for their safe custody until commencement of the counting of votes.
