(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely,-(a)the constitution and working and, terms and conditions of the Committee;(b)the manner or criterion of determination of fee to be charged by a Private Professional Educational Institution from the students;(c)the fees to be charged by the Private Professional Educational Institution from the students.
