Section 11(1) in The Tamil Nadu Aquaculture (Regulation) Rules, 1995
(1)Every aquaculture unit shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees five thousand only) per hectare to the Eco-Restoration Fund within thirty days from the date of grant of the licence.
