Section 58(1) in Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994
(1)The Presiding Officer shall then deliver or cause to be delivered to the Returning Officer (Panchayat), at such place as the Returning Officer (Panchayat) or the officer authorised by him in this behalf may direct -(a)the ballot boxes ;(b)the ballot papers account ;(c)the sealed packets referred to in Rule 57 ; and(d)all other papers used at the poll.
