Section 265(3) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(3)There shall be credited to the Fund-(a)grant or loan or advance if any made by the Government of India or by the State Government or any local authority;(b)contribution paid by the beneficiaries under these rules;(c)all sums received by the Board from such other sources as may be decide by the Central or State Government.
