Section 21(1) in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 18 or 25, the Council may direct that a renewal fee of such amount as may be approved by the State Government shall be paid by each veterinary practitioner for the continuance of his name on the register.
