Section 21 in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
21. Renewal fee.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 18 or 25, the Council may direct that a renewal fee of such amount as may be approved by the State Government shall be paid by each veterinary practitioner for the continuance of his name on the register.(2)Where the renewal fee is not paid before the date fixed by the Council in that behalf, the Registrar shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register:Provided that, the name so removed may be re-entered in the register on payment of the fee in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Council may, by regulations, direct.
