Section 19(1) in The Orissa Vigilance Group 'A' and Group 'B' Services (Method of Selection and Conditions of Deputation) Orders, 2004
(1)Selected persons recommended for the deputation to Vigilance, on joining the Vigilance Department, shall continue to retain their seniority in the parent Police Organisation.
