Section 46(5) in The Gujarat National Law University Act, 2003
(5)(i)All regulations made by the Executive Council shall be submitted to the General Council and to the Visitor for approval.(ii)The General Council may, by resolution, approve the regulation.(iii)The Visitor may approve the regulations and the regulations so approved shall remain in force till the date on which it is approved or disapproved by the General Council.
