Section 29(2) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(2)The duties of the Courses Committee shall be to advise the Council on matters relating to preparation of courses of study and curricula and preparation and selection of books for teaching in recognised Institutions and for the examinations conducted by the Council.
