Section 8(a) in Andhra Pradesh Special Protection Force Rules, 2000
(a)No person shall be eligible for appointment by promotion or for appointment by transfer unless he or she has satisfactorily completed the period of probation in the category from which appointment by promotion or appointment by transfer is made.
