(i)Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Calcutta, Delhi, Gaziabad, Kanpur, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Chennai, Mussoorie, Nagpur, Pune, Simla, Srinagar, Goa, Diu and Daman Rs. 1,000/- (One thousand rupees)
(ii)Other places Rs. 750/- (Seven hundred and fifty rupees)
