(1)The trustee of every Goshala shall submit to the Registrar the statement required under Subsection (1) of Section 5 in Form 1 which shall be signed by every trustee or his agent as provided in Sub-section (3) of the said section and verified by the person signing the statement in the manner prescribed for verification of a plaint under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
