(1)The trustee of every Goshala shall submit to the Registrar the statement required under Subsection (1) of Section 5 in Form 1 which shall be signed by every trustee or his agent as provided in Sub-section (3) of the said section and verified by the person signing the statement in the manner prescribed for verification of a plaint under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.(2)Where any statement required to be delivered to the Registrar under the Act for registration is found to be incomplete or defective in any manner, the Registrar shall return it for rectification and shall not register or file it unless all the requirements of the Act have been complied with. When the Registrar is satisfied that the provisions for submission of the statement have been duly complied with, he shall record an entry of the statement in the register of Goshalas.
