(2)In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters :-(a)the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Commission under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 6;(b)the procedure for the conduct of business of the Commission under sub-section (2) of section 8.
