Section 19(1) in The M.P. Ayurvedic, Unani Tatha Prakritic Chikitsa Vyavasayi Adhiniyam, 1970
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Board shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as it may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
