ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the third respondent dated 17.01.2022 and to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2021.
2. Counter has been filed by the respondents in this Writ Petition.
After perusing the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to file a Succession O.P. for getting the maturity proceeds of the Fixed Deposit standing in the name of the petitioner's grand mother D.V. Uma Rani.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate court to obtain Succession certificate in respect of the assets, including Fixed Deposits, left behind by the deceased D.V. Uma Rani.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
