351. Power of carrying water main, etc.
(1)For the purpose of carrying, renewing and repairing water-mains, pipes and ducts within or outside the city, the Commissioner shall have the same powers and be subject to the same restrictions as he has and is subject to under the provisions herein before contained.(2)This Section shall also apply in respect of carrying renewing and repairing of private water-mains, pipes and ducts.
