Section 18B(2) in Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973
(2)The Central Board of Studies for the foundation course shall consist of -(i)one teacher from each university not below the rank of a Reader or a Principal of an affiliated or associated college, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; and(ii)five educationists who are or. the Eminent Professors' lists of the University Grants Commission nominated by the Chancellor on the recommendation of the Co-ordination Council.
