Section 29(1) in The Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004
(1)In case an agricultural produce which is brought into the market yard/sub-yard, remains unsold, the seller/farmer shall be at liberty to get it back or the commission agent concerned and/or seller/farmer may store the produce in the godowns if available in the market yard or market area under intimation to the office of the Committee.
