Section 56(3) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(3)Where the appointment of a Polling Agent has been revoked under sub-rule (1) or where the Polling Agent dies prior to the commencement of the poll, the candidate or his Election Agent may at any time before the end of the poll appoint a new Polling Agent under sub-rule (1) of Rule 55.
