Section 870(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)No one other than a Judge, the Registrar or a Gazetted Officer of the Court may inspect any register except on an order in writing of the Registrar & in the presence of the officer whose duty it is to keep such register; and no one other than a Judge or the Registrar may inspect any confidential register.
