(3)The Deputy Comptroller shall perform such functions and duties including those pertaining to accounts and finances of the Vishwavidyalaya as may be assigned to him from time to time by Statutes, regulations, delegation of powers and by the Comptroller and the Vice-Chancellor and in respect of such functions or duties assigned to him, the Deputy Comptroller shall be directly responsible to the officer concerned.
