(1)The Director may, by notification in the Nilgiris and Coimbatore District Gazette,-(i)declare, from time to time, that all or any of the waters whether reserved for trout fishing or not are closed or open to fishing; or(ii)prohibit the fishing of any particular species of fish in all or any or portions of any or all waters for any specified period.
