28. Publication of draft scheme.
(1)When the draft scheme of consolidation is ready for publication, the Consolidation Officer shall publish it in the prescribed manner in the estate or estates concerned. Any person likely to be affected by such scheme, or committee, appointed in accordance with the rules framed under the Act, shall within thirty days of such publication communicate in writing to the consolidation Officer objections, if any, relating to the scheme. The Consolidation Officer shall after considering the objection, if any, received submit the scheme with such amendments as he considers to be necessary, together with his remarks on the objections, to the Settlement Officer (Consolidation).(2)The Consolidation Officer shall also publish in the prescribed manner the scheme as amended by him.
