(1)When officers are recruited by promotion and by direct recruitment for one calendar year the promoted officers shall be considered senior to the officers directly recruited irrespective of the date of their appointment.(2)The inter se seniority of officers appointed whether by promotion or by direct recruitment to either branch of the service for the same calendar year shall be in the order in which their names have been arranged in the final list.Other ProvisionOther conditions of Service
