Section 3(1) in The Madras Port Trust (Recruitment of Heads of Departments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005
(1)A Selection Committee may be constituted to advise and assist the appointing authority in the matter of making selection of candidates for appointment to posts of Heads of Departments.
