Section 7(7)(d) in Chhattisgarh Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Appointment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2004

(d)In the selection lists of scheduled caste category, scheduled tribe category and other backward classes category, the names of candidates of these categories shall be kept in the order of merit, and the vacancies reserved for these categories shall be filled from these selection lists.
