Section 97(2) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(2)On the boundaries of the drive-in-cinema, either a compound wall of fire-resisting material with a height of not less than two metres above the level of the ground adjoining the wall within the compound shall be constructed or the whole compound shall be surrounded by a bearded wire fence and a hedge of bushes.
